Day Camp Fees

There are three fee structures to consider when attending Cub Scout Day Camps. The first structure is individual registration where you sign your son up for camp. If you have the time to volunteer as a member of the camp staff (each year 200 volunteers spend time with their son at camp) your son can attend for a discounted rate. The third structure is if a group of boys, consisting of at least six and no more than eight boys in the same grade register together with a volunteer leader. A discount is applied to those families that register as a group.

Individual Registration:

Send your Cub Scout to camp for an action packed week of fun, excitement, theme related activities and advancement opportunities. Campers that attend as an individual registrant will be assigned to a den of boys that are of the same rank and grade level as your son. This allows the den to work together as a team through age appropriate activities and advancement opportunities. While requests can be made for den assignments we can not guarantee that Scouts will be placed together, especially large groups. We will do our best to accomodate but den assignments are based on enrollment for each camp.

$195 first session registraion fee. ($180 early bird if paid in full by April 26, 2010)

$ 90 second week and/or additional sibling.

$ 10 additional t-shirt. (One shirt is provided. Shirt must be worn each day at camp)

$ 50 Early drop off (Tuesday thru Friday)

$ 50 Extended Pickup (Monday thru Thursday)

$ 5 Friday Family Picnic Ticket (available for purchase at camp)

A Scout can attend two sessions of camp for just $270 ($180 + $90) to maximize the fun!

Volunteer & Son Individual Registration:

Volunteer for an entire week and earn a great rate for your son(s): $35 deposit for first son + $150 for second son, and $90 each additional son per week. For one son attending camp this is a cost savings of $145! Volunteers must attend one of three day camp training held prior to camp and must attend the entire week of camp as a volunteer to be eligible for this spectacular rate.

$ 5 Tag-alongs (children up to 5 years of age for Tot-Lot)

Group Registration (First Class Camp Den):

Send your Scouts to Day Camp as a den and save $10 per registration. At least one adult and six to no more than eight Scouts of the same grade level can attend as a den for a week. Contact your district Day Camp coordinator if you do not have enough boys to qualify as you may be able to team up with a neighboring pack.

Summer Den Leaders must meet all Day Camp qualifications, although they do not necessarily need to be a regular Pack Den Leader. A First Class Camp Den pays for their camp with one check that is submitted with the First Class Camp Den information. The Council will verify registration with the Summer Camp Den Leader. It is the Leader's responsibility to communicate with the campers.
