Final Wepawaug Valley District Dinner

Dinner will include:

Appetizers, pasta, salad

Entrée choices of:

Pollo Marsala – Chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms & scallions in a marsala wine sauce

Melenzane Parmigana – Fried eggplant layered with tomato sauce  and mozzarella

Veal Toscano – Sauteed veal medallions with plum tomatoes, roasted garlic, rosemary, and topped with melted cheese.

Coffee and dessert are also provided.
