About The Scouter

The Scouter is the official newsletter of the Connecticut Yankee Council, Boy Scouts of America. It is mailed quarterly to about 12,500 volunteers and families and provides information on upcoming activities, promotions and initiatives. Our January edition also features the annual Summer Camp preview insert.
