Registrations received in 2011 should be registered the month they were received by the unit. Please use the 2011 Prorated Fee Chart to identify what the cost for registration is prior to sending in your registrations.

Note: Adult Registration forms must contain three documents in order to be processed. The documents required are: 1) Copy of Youth Protection Card 2) Disclosure Form 3) Application Form. We can not accept applications with missing information.
