Terry L. Fossum was born in the poorest city in the U.S. McAllen, Tx, surrounded by gangs and drugs.

Watch with us as we hear how Terry overcame great obstacles to earn his Eagle Scout Award and develop a life-long love of Scouting.

Terry is an internationally-renown businessman, philanthropist, author, and keynote speaker, but is most proud of being a loving husband, and dad to three young gentlemen.
