The Knights of Gore
A medieval fighting troop specializing in scripted fighting demonstrations.
The Knights of Gore are being summoned to the Land of Hoyt to help quell growing unrest between Knights and Ninjas. Experience an opening ceremony and show like no other. Watch as the Knights of Gore don full plate armor in an unrehearsed, no-holds-barred, medieval battle.
Join us for an action-packed camporee weekend. A battle between two favorites, a knight and a ninja, to determine who is the best. Defeat your opponent in melee combat in a series of patrol competitions. Troops will be organized into Knights or Ninjas. All their participating patrols will be the same.
Scouts… You asked for it and you got it! This theme was proposed by Scatacook OA Chapter. We added the Knights of Gore for more fun.

Youth Run Camporee! SPL’s will form the Greenbar for the weekend coordinating their Troop participation. We are asking troops to host a station or activity. Select one of the above ideas or come up with your own. We’ll put it all together in a Zoom planning meeting (TBA).
