- 7:00 PM: Opening Ceremony & Remarks
- Guest Speaker
- Presentation of Awards
- 8:20 PM: Happy Birthday Powahay & Closing Ceremony
Fee: $5/Person Pizza Dinner
Awards: Framed Spirit of Powahay Certificate & a Medal
Troops and Crews:
- You Make A Difference — 2 or 3 youth per unit. Youth nominate by peers they feel best exemplifies the Spirit of Scouting. Recipients approved by Unit Leadership.
- Spirit of Powahay — achievement-oriented.
