The 2019 Jamboree will host 161 National Scout Organizations representing 223 countries and territories from around the world. It is expected that over 50,000 scouts, leaders and staff will be in attendance.
The World Scout Jamboree is above all an educational event that brings together the world’s young people to promote peace and mutual understanding and to develop leadership life skills.
We at the Delta Medical Team, made up of 100% volunteers, are one of 6 Medical Teams supporting the World Scout Jamboree to provide the needed medical care and counseling services to the attendees during this 2 week event.
As the Boy Scouts of America is a nonprofit organization, to help subsidize volunteer attendance costs and selected base camp set up costs, we at Delta Medical are starting a fund raising campaign, with the goal of raising over $20,000.00 for the World Scout Jamboree cause.
To reach this goal, we would very much appreciate a charitable donation from you, so we can provide these young attendees, from across the globe, with the highest standard of medical services and care. Thank You in advance for your thoughtful and generous contribution.
You may make a donation directly online via credit card or send your contributions by check to the following address:
