Tuesday, September 28, 7:00pm at the R.D. Scinto Auditorium,

3 Corporate Drive, Shelton, CT 06484

Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to move the date of the Town Hall Meeting to Tuesday, September 28.   This meeting will be presented both in-person at the Scinto Auditorium and via Zoom for those who cannot or prefer not to attend in person.

Registration to attend in person is required and will be capped at the first 100 who register.  The venue seats 200 so we are restricting attendance to comply with COVID-19 social distancing protocols.  Everyone will be required to wear a mask when inside.

In-Person Attendance Registration

For those who wish to attend via Zoom, you will need to pre-register.  If you have specific questions you’d like answered during the meeting, please email them to townhallquestions@ctyankee.org before Friday, September 24.  We will not be taking questions from Zoom participants during the meeting but will be taking questions from the audience.

Zoom Link Registration

We will be sharing our plans and vision for where we’re taking the Council now and into the future.  We will speak to the following topics: Membership, Properties, Marketing and the BSA bankruptcy.  As some of these topics are proprietary, we ask that you not share information discussed outside of the Council.  We hope you can join us and look forward to a productive discussion.

Sincerely,
Mark Kraus, Scout Executive
Rudy Escalante, Council President
