Provisional Scout Registration
How to register your Scout.
Parents or Guardians can register their Scouts for a week of summer camp separate from any weeks their troop may be going. If a scout is going to summer camp with their troop they should go through the troop registration process.
To register your Scout as a provisional camper you need:
- The merit badge or Speciality Program selection for your Scout
- Be prepared to pay the needed fees
If you have questions, please contact the Camp Registrar, karen.caiati@scouting.org, 203-951-0234.
Troop Registration
How to register a troop.
A troop leader can register their whole troop for summer camp.
You should have:
- The deposit for your campsite reservation
- Your troops Scout roaster for summer camp
- The fees for paying for your Scouts program activities
- The merit badge and program selections of your Scouts
If you have questions, please contact the Camp Registrar, karen.caiati@scouting.org, 203-951-0234.
Troop Registration
March 15, 2023 is the deadline for entry of Scout rosters. At that time, a unit will be responsible for a minimum payment of $50 per registered Scout. To be eligible for the Early Bird bonus, full Scout fee must be paid online or received in the Council office by April 1st. Fees not paid by April 1st are due no later than the Troop’s pre-camp meeting date, approximately three and a half weeks prior to the start of the appropriate camp session (check the Leader’s Guide for the pre-camp meeting schedule).
Online payments may be made by credit card or electronic check. If your unit prefers to submit payment(s) to the Council office, please plan to do so in advance of entering your roster online. Fees submitted to the Council office will be entered as a unit summer camp registration credit that you will be able to draw against as you enter your Scouts and Scouters online. Roster entries entered without payment will be held in your “cart” until payment by credit card or electronic check is authorized.
If you have questions, please contact the Camp Registrar, karen.caiati@scouting.org, 203-951-0234.
Provisional Scout Registration
It is recommended that an account with login be set up to register so you will be able to return to the registration to make additional payments, sign up for special programs, and/or revise merit badge selections. Use the link below to access the registration system, select the desired week, and click “Register.”
Select the correct individual registration category and indicate whether you will pay the full camp fee or the $50 non-refundable deposit, by credit card or electronic check, when the registration is submitted. When you enter all the registrant’s information, you will also have the option of ordering and paying for camp photos and tickets for the Saturday family brunch (brunch is already part of every week long camper’s registration, tickets are for friends and family that would like to join the campers for the last meal at camp).
If you have questions, please contact the Camp Registrar, karen.caiati@scouting.org, 203-951-0234.
