Putnam Park is the site where General Israel Putnam’s Continental Army camped during the winter of 1778-1779. Join the Aquila District as we celebrate 250 years of American Independence and honor our Scout history by recreating the Putnam Muster of 1976. Troops will travel back in time and engage in activities from the Revolutionary War. There will be lots of activities, reenactments and an opportunity to learn more about Revolutionary War history that occurred in the area.
