The Building Character Celebration
The Building Character Celebration is an annual recognition event honoring the highest youth achievers in the Scouting program, Eagle Scouts. It celebrates the Scouting program with the honoring of our previous Eagle Scout Recipient Classes at the heart of the program.
This gala-style dinner event begins in the evening with a midway of Scouting, schools, and career tables, later with an opportunity for the Eagle Scouts, Parents, and Troop Leaders to meet with some of our governmental Representatives followed by dinner. Our stage program honors and recognizes the classes of Eagle Scouts Recipients. Each year at the event we award our North Star award to a community leader(s) that champions community service and the presentation of the National Outstanding Eagle Scout Awards (NOESA) to the selected Eagle Scout Alumni. Our event is capped with a keynote address by a special guest speaker that shares a message about or related to the mission/values of Scouting.
