Celebrate 250 Years of Discovery at the
13th Annual Polar Bear!
In honor of America’s 250th Anniversary (1776–2026), this year’s Polar Bear is themed around 250 Years of Nature, Science, and Exploration — showcasing the wonders of the natural world and the scientific curiosity that has driven our country forward.
Join us for a fun-filled winter adventure with four hands-on activity stations focused on nature, science, and astronomy — both indoors and outside.
New for 2026: Step into the future at the Museum’s brand-new Astronomy Center, featuring a cutting-edge Planetarium and Observatory.
Open to all Cub Scouts across the Council — Lions, Tigers, Wolves, Bears, Webelos, and Arrow of Light. Special recognition will be given to Arrow of Light Scouts. Choose a morning or afternoon session and get ready for a day of winter discovery!
Morning and Afternoon Sessions:
- 9:45 M TO 12:30 PM
- 12:45 TO 3:30 PM
