Join us for a fun-filled day of learning and adventure at the University of Adventure! Scouts will earn advancement through hands-on Adventures, enjoy exciting entertainment during lunch, and connect with fellow Scouts from across the Connecticut Yankee Council.

WE ARE OFFERING FOUR COLLEGES

  • Wolf (2nd Grade) New this year: Council Fire, Computing Wolf, & Digging in the Past
  • Bear (3rd Grade): Paws for Action, Marble Madness, & Roaring Laughter
  • Webelos (4th Grade): My Community, Art Explosion, & Earth Rocks
  • Arrow of Light (5th Grade): First Aid (or Estimation), Engineer, & High-Tech Outdoors

Scouts will enroll in a college and participate in pre-selected Adventures. Each session offers the same programs — choose morning OR afternoon, not both. Space is limited to 60 Scouts per college per session.

Important Update – Morning Session Only

Due to limited volunteer availability, we will offer only the morning session this year.

  • Morning Session: 8:45 AM – 12 NOON
  • Lunch & Discovery Zone: 12 NOON
  • If you can’t attend in the morning, you may join a waiting list. If additional volunteers step up, we’ll notify if an afternoon session becomes available — tentatively 1 to 4 PM

$25 per Scout – Includes lunch! Same price as last year!

Discovery Zone Fun — During lunch, Scouts can:

  • Race LEGO Pinewood Derby cars
  • Patch Collecting
  • Explore STEM experiments with Crew 353 Darien
  • Create crafts
