Important Information

Check-in opens at 7:00 am & 12:30 pm at the Dining Hall and that is when the meals will be served.  There are two lines for check-in.  If you are eligible for the Express check-in line, you will be receiving an additional confirmation email, listing your individual registration.  Please print out the page with the registration information and hand it in at the check-in desk when you pick up your packet.  The packet will contain your meal tickets and the wristbands and patches that must be worn and visible at all times while fishing The packets are designated by the name of the individual who submitted the registration.  If your pack or troop registered as a unit under one person, you will need to know where to meet with that individual, as he/she will have all the patches and tickets for your unit.  If you are the coordinator for a unit, please make sure that all your participants know how to find you.

Camping reservations must be made separately, at an additional charge.  Camping is available only to units and families registered for the Derby.  Complete your event registration first, then call Carolyn, 203-951-0237 to check availability and make a facility/campsite reservation.  Campers who are not registered for the Fishing Derby may not be in the event locations (Dining Hall/lagoon) during the Fishing Derby sessions.
